Dinner:Without the Schmucks.

Hey bloggers! I hope you are hungry and ready for a wonderful and EASY dinner treat!

Below is the EASIET way to spice up that dull grilled chicken.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Honey
2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Minute Rice
2 Fresh Corn on the Cobs

Grilled Chicken
First, mix all ingredients in a shallow bowl.

Next, grill chicken on the Foreman and baste sauce on chicken when done.

Finally, remove chicken from the grill and baste with a little more sauce.

Oven Baked Corn
You gotta SHUCK the CORN SHUCK SHUCK the CORN. (Yes, I went there!)
Preheat oven to 450, bake for 25-30 minutes turning often.

Minute Rice

Boil 1 cup of water on high, add rice to boiling water and remove from heat for about 10 minutes. Fork to become fluffy.

Below is the final dinner plate. Thanks to Naomi (my dinner guest) for the great salad!

Told Ya it was easy! Enjoy bloggers!
